Directions
Place the shields around the back of your heel, trialling placement before removing the protective film. Peel the film off and apply the sticky side to the back of the shoe, repositioning as needed so both shoes match.
To remove, pull slowly and gently while applying pressure to the shoe material. Replace after 6 months or at the first signs of wear.
