About tissue salts
Tissue salts are homeopathically prepared minerals that support the body's own processes by regulating mineral levels in the cells. They are the twelve minerals the body needs daily to support cell metabolism and even distribution of the minerals taken in through food. They were developed and put into practice as a therapeutic system by the German physician Dr Schuessler at the end of the 19th century.
Ingredients
Each tablet contains equal amounts of the following at 6X potency:
- Calc phos (calcium phosphate)
- Kali mur (potassium chloride)
- Kali phos (potassium phosphate)
- Mag phos (magnesium phosphate)
Dosage
Adults: 1 tablet every 30 minutes, up to 6 times a day. Children: half a tablet every 30 minutes, up to 6 times a day.
