Schuessler Tissue Salts Combination Q is a chewable tissue salt combination for sinus symptoms and catarrh. Catarrh is the discharge that forms when the mucous membranes at the back of the nose become inflamed. Combination Q brings together four of the twelve tissue salts. Pack of 125 tablets.

Ingredients
Each tablet contains equal amounts of the following at 6X potency:
- Ferr phos (ferrum phosphate)
- Kali mur (potassium chloride)
- Kali sulph (potassium sulphate)
- Nat mur (sodium chloride)
Directions
Adults: 1 tablet. Children: half a tablet. Infants: quarter of a tablet.
Chew the tablets, or crush them and dissolve in water.
For acute conditions, take every half an hour, up to 6 doses a day, until symptoms subside. For chronic or maintenance use, take 4 times daily. Take half an hour before meals, with the last dose at bedtime, or as professionally prescribed.
