Schuessler Tissue Salts Combination 12 is a general tonic combining all twelve Schuessler tissue salts at 6X potency in a single chewable tablet. Traditionally taken during periods of hard work, nervous strain or mental fatigue.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains equal amounts of the following at 6X potency:

• Calc fluor (calcium fluoride)
• Calc phos (calcium phosphate)
• Calc sulph (calcium sulphate)
• Ferr phos (ferrum phosphate)
• Kali mur (potassium chloride)
• Kali phos (potassium phosphate)
• Kali sulph (potassium sulphate)
• Mag phos (magnesium phosphate)
• Nat mur (sodium chloride)
• Nat phos (sodium phosphate)
• Nat sulph (sodium sulphate)
• Silica (silicon dioxide)

Dosage

Adults: 1 tablet. Children: half a tablet. Infants: quarter of a tablet.

Chew the tablets, or crush and dissolve in water. For acute conditions, take every half hour up to 6 doses per day until symptoms subside. For chronic or maintenance use, take 4 times daily. Take half an hour before meals, with the last dose at bedtime, or as professionally prescribed.
