Schuessler Tissue Salts Mag Phos is tissue salt number 8, the muscle relaxant of the Schuessler range, here in the larger 250 tablet pack. It is the anti-spasmodic tissue salt. It relieves cramps and aches and supplements the action of Kali Phos, and is quick to relieve cramping, shooting, darting or spasmodic pain, muscular twitching, hiccups, convulsive fits of coughing, and those sudden sharp twinges of pain that are so distressing. Chewable tablets at 6X potency.

Ingredients
Each tablet contains 0.5mcg of the mineral tissue salt magnesium phosphate 6X, in a lactose base.
Directions
Adults: 1 tablet. Children: half a tablet. Infants: quarter of a tablet.
Chew the tablets, or crush them and dissolve in water.
For acute conditions, take every half an hour, up to 6 doses a day, until symptoms subside. For chronic or maintenance use, take 4 times daily. Take half an hour before meals, with the last dose at bedtime, or as professionally prescribed.
