Nat Mur is the tissue salt that regulates the distribution of water in the body. Its effects show in conditions of excess water or of dryness. It supports the production of stomach juices and the process of cell division, and can be useful where a salt-free diet is recommended.

Traditionally used for the temporary relief of:

• Dehydration
• Hayfever, with clear watery nasal discharge, often with loss of smell
• Watery eyes or nose
• Cold sores around the nose and mouth
• Constipation with dry stools
• Dry, whitish, scaly or cracked skin, and lips that crack
• Dry eyes
• Craving salty foods

Ingredients

Sodium chloride 6X, 0.5mcg per tablet, in a lactose base

Directions

Adults: 1 tablet. Children: half a tablet. Infants: quarter of a tablet.

Chew the tablets, or crush and dissolve in water. For acute conditions, take every half hour up to 6 doses per day until symptoms subside. For chronic or maintenance use, take 4 times daily.
