Schuessler Tissue Salts Mag Phos Oral Spray is the muscle relaxant tissue salt in a spray you can carry. Mag Phos is the anti-spasmodic tissue salt. It relieves cramps and aches and supplements the action of Kali Phos, and is quick to relieve cramping, shooting, darting or spasmodic pain, muscular twitching, hiccups, convulsive fits of coughing, and those sudden sharp twinges of pain that are so distressing. The spray is lactose free, so it suits people who avoid the lactose base used in the tablets. 30ml.

Ingredients
Each spray contains magnesium phosphate 6X. Contains ethanol.
Directions
Adults: 4 sprays. Children: 2 sprays. Infants: 1 spray.
For acute conditions, take every half an hour, up to 6 doses a day, until symptoms subside. For chronic or maintenance use, take 4 times daily. Take half an hour before meals, with the last dose at bedtime, or as professionally prescribed.
