Sea-Legs chewable tablets are formulated to prevent travel sickness for adults and children, whether the journey is by car, plane, boat or coach. Take them the evening before or an hour before you travel, or when symptoms start. The tablets are almost tasteless, so they can be chewed or swallowed with water.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains meclozine hydrochloride BP 12.5mg.

Directions

Maximum per day — adults and children over 12 years: two tablets. Children 6 to 12 years: one tablet.

Take either an hour before travelling or the evening before, or during the journey if symptoms develop. Do not give to children under 6 years of age.

Warnings

• Keep all medicines out of reach of children.
• It is dangerous to exceed the stated dose.
• May cause drowsiness.
• Avoid alcohol.
• Avoid driving or operating machinery within 8 hours of taking this medicine.
• Do not take during pregnancy without medical advice.
• Do not use if the tear strip is broken.
