Slimfit Appetite Reducer works on the feeling of hunger rather than on the food. Its Redusure fibre blend swells with water in the stomach to form a thick gel, filling up to 43% of the stomach and giving a pleasant feeling of fullness before passing naturally out of the system.

Ingredients

Redusure, a proprietary blend of high-swelling capacity dietary fibres.

Excipients: potassium bicarbonate, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate.

Directions

Take 2 capsules with a full glass of water 30 minutes before each of three main meals. Do not exceed 9 capsules a day, and do not combine with any other appetite reducing products.

To help control snacking, take a capsule between meals with a full glass of water. Slimfit Appetite Reducer should always be accompanied by a healthy balanced diet, and we recommend drinking enough liquid throughout the day (2L).

Warnings

• Only recommended for adults over 18 years of age. Use by adolescents 12 to 18 years old is subject to the supervision of a healthcare professional.
• Do not take during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
• Do not take if your BMI is below 18.5. Calculate your BMI before and during use.
• Must be taken as a whole capsule with a full glass of water (250ml). Do not open the capsule or take it in powder form, to avoid choking.
• As this product contains fibres, take at least eight glasses of water (2L) a day to avoid constipation or stomach discomfort. Slight constipation could occur if liquid intake is limited. If this persists, consult your healthcare professional.
• Consult your healthcare professional before use if you are diabetic; if you take cholesterol-lowering medication; if you take ACE inhibitors, angiotensin blockers or potassium-sparing diuretics; if you have renal function impairment, as this product contains a source of potassium; if you are on a low iodine diet, as this product contains trace amounts of iodine; or if any medical conditions exist.
• Take other medications at least one hour before, or four hours after, this product. Adjust dosage in consultation with a healthcare professional.
• Do not take if you are allergic to sulphur-containing products such as sulfites, or to any of the ingredients listed. If you experience allergic symptoms such as skin rashes or difficulty breathing, or any other side effects, consult your healthcare professional immediately.
• A break of 3 to 5 days is recommended after every 4 weeks of use.
