Ingredients
Each sachet contains: fat binder Litramine, a patented fibre complex of organic plant source (prickly pear), xylitol, natural fruit juice powder, citric acid, colloidal silicon dioxide, natural-identical flavour, magnesium stearate.
Directions
Take 1 sachet, up to 3 times a day, after main meals. The sachets are ready to use — pour the contents directly into your mouth, with no need for water. Do not exceed 3 sachets a day.
We recommend drinking enough liquid (2L) during the day.
Warnings
- Only recommended for adults over 18 years of age. Use by adolescents 12 to 18 years old is subject to the supervision of a healthcare professional.
- Do not take within 2 hours of taking any fat-soluble medicines, for example oral contraceptive pills.
- As with any high fibre product, drink at least 2 litres (8 glasses) of water a day to remain hydrated and to support the beneficial action on gastrointestinal transit. Slight constipation could occur if liquid intake is limited.
- Contains trace amounts of oxalic acids, which are found in many green vegetables. If you have kidney disease or kidney stones, avoid taking this product on a regular basis.
