Apply the strip across the centre of the nose, just below the bridge, and press for a few seconds so it adheres properly.

Warnings

For external use only. Do not use on irritated skin, or for more than 12 hours a day. Stop using immediately if you notice skin irritation. Do not use on children under 5 years of age.

These strips are not effective for breathing difficulties related to anatomical problems such as a deviated septum, or for sleep apnoea.
