Sudafed Xylometazoline Nasal Decongestant + Moisturiser Spray works on the blocked nose itself rather than through the bloodstream, and adds dexpanthenol to moisturise a nasal lining that colds, hayfever and central heating have dried out. Xylometazoline works in five minutes and lasts for up to ten hours.

Ingredients

Xylometazoline hydrochloride 99 micrograms per spray.

Directions

Adults and children 12 years and over: 1 spray in each nostril up to three times a day as needed. Do not use more often than every 8 hours.

Keep the head upright. Insert the nozzle into one nostril, close the other nostril with a finger, depress the pump firmly and sniff deeply.

Warnings

• Do not use in children under 12 years of age.
• Do not use if you are hypersensitive to xylometazoline or to any of the ingredients.
• Do not use for longer than three days in adults, or two days in children, unless recommended by a doctor.
• Frequent or prolonged use may cause nasal congestion to recur or worsen.
• Consult your doctor before use if you have any medical condition or are taking any other medications.
• Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• For nasal use only. Seek immediate medical help if the product is swallowed.
