Directions

• Choose a brush that slides between the teeth with only light resistance. Do not force it, and use a smaller size if it feels tight. Most people need more than one size, and your dentist or dental hygienist can help you choose.
• Insert the brush gently between two teeth and move it back and forth a few times.
• Curve the neck for better reach between the back teeth.
• Rinse the brush with water after use.
• Use once a day, and replace the brush when the filaments become worn.
• Do not use regular toothpaste with an interdental brush, as it contains abrasives.
