- Boswellia serrata (boswellia) ext. 57.14mg, derived from dry gum 400mg
- Curcuma longa (turmeric) ext. 4mg, derived from dry rhizome 100mg
- Silybum marianum (milk thistle) ext. 5mg, derived from dry seed 350mg
- Vitis vinifera (grape seed) ext. 1mg, derived from dry seed 120mg
- Sodium ascorbate 112.5mg – equiv. ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 100mg
- Colecalciferol 2.5mcg – equiv. vitamin D3 100IU
- Nicotinamide 200mg
- Lecithin 100mg
- Manganese amino acid chelate 25mg – equiv. manganese 5mg
- Magnesium orotate dihydrate 103.58mg – equiv. magnesium 6.65mg

Directions
Adults: take two tablets twice daily with food, or as professionally prescribed.

- Glucosamine sulfate is derived from crab chitin. People allergic to shellfish or seafood should not use this product.
