• Magnesium ascorbate 145mg – equiv. ascorbic acid 130mg and magnesium 9mg
• Potassium ascorbate 82mg – equiv. ascorbic acid 58mg and potassium 13mg
• Total ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 1g
• Citrus bioflavonoids 60mg
• Rosa canina (rosehip) fruit powder 20mg
• Zinc sulfate monohydrate 2.75mg – equiv. zinc 1mg

No added dairy, egg, gluten, lactose, nuts, shellfish, sugar, fish, sesame seed, artificial colouring or flavouring. Vegetarian and vegan friendly.

Directions
