Directions

• Add boiling water to a cup and let it cool for one minute.
• Submerge the mouthguard until it is malleable.
• Dry off the excess water.
• Place it in your mouth and press firmly against the front teeth.
• Push upwards against the gums.
• Run under cold water for 30 seconds to set.
