Vicks Formula 44 Chesty Cough Syrup 180ml
Vicks Cough Syrup for Chesty Cough contains Guaifenesin - an expectorant that thins and loosens phlegm in your body to get it out of your system naturally. This active ingredient breaks up that exasperating mucus jam your chest, letting you cough it up and out with ease.
Each 15mL of syrup contains:
Guaiphenesin 200mg. Also contains Sucrose, Sodium Saccharin, Sodium Benzoate, Alcohol 5%v/v.
Each 15mL dose contains 5.55g Sucrose.
This should be taken into account by diabetics.
Dosage:
Adults and Children 12 years and over: 15ml
Children 6 to 11 years: 10ml
Not to be used by children under 6 years old
Repeat every 4 hours as needed but not more than 6 doses per day.
