Ingredients

Menthol 2.82% w/w, camphor 5.26% w/w and eucalyptus oil 1.33% w/w. Also contains turpentine oil, cedar leaf oil, nutmeg oil and thymol in a petrolatum base.

Directions

• As a rub: massage a thick layer onto the chest and throat.
• As a medicated vapour: add 2 teaspoonfuls to a bowl of steaming (not boiling) water and inhale the vapours.
• For external use only. Do not take by mouth.
