Waxsol is a water-based ear drop solution used to treat a build-up of ear wax in the ear canal. The droplets soften ear wax, making it easier to remove naturally.

Directions

Waxsol should only be applied to the ear canal.

The best time to apply Waxsol is at night before going to bed. Tilt the head and fill the ear canal with Waxsol, then place a cotton wool plug in the ear. Remove the cotton wool plug in the morning and repeat the treatment the next night.

Unless the ear wax is unusually hard, it may then be removed by the normal cleansing process. If the problem persists, you should consult a doctor.

Warnings

Speak to your doctor or pharmacist if you plan to use Waxsol together with any other medicine.

Do not use Waxsol if:

• You have a perforated ear drum
• The outer ear canal is inflamed or infected (otitis externa)
• You have eczema or seborrhoeic dermatitis on the outer ear
• You have allergies related to any ingredients in Waxsol
