Ingredients

Arnica montana fresh whole plant juice 6x, 1mL/1mL, in a water and ethanol base.

Directions

In acute cases take every 15 minutes: 5 drops for children under 7 years, 10 drops for children aged 7 to 14 years, or 15 drops for adults. After 6 doses, take every hour. As relief is obtained, reduce to 3 times daily at least 15 minutes before meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
