Ingredients

Arnica montana fresh whole plant juice 6x, 1mL/1mL, in a water and ethanol base.

Directions

Adults and children: in acute cases take 2 sprays every 15 minutes. After 6 doses, take every hour. As relief is obtained, reduce to 3 times daily at least 15 minutes before meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
