Ingredients
Each 1g contains tincture equivalent to dry Arnica montana flower 27mg and root 3mg; oil extract equivalent to dry Arnica montana flower 20mg; with essential oils of silver fir (Abies pectinata) leaf 600mcg and distilled lemon oil 2mg.
Directions
Adults and children: apply to the affected area 3 to 4 times daily in the acute stage, then twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Do not apply to broken skin. Avoid contact with the eyes.
